  1. GOODS:All goods are brand new,straight from the manufacturer,and will be supplied with any relevant paperwork,extras,or certificates.
  2. SERVICE: Falkirk Collectables is commited to providing friendly,personal service.
  3. PAYMENT:Payment is accepted in the form of Paypal,personal cheque,postal order,bankers draft,cash on collection and bank transfer(details on request).Please make cheques/postal orders payable to either Serendipity or Thorna Wright.
  4. DESPATCH:I aim to despatch goods paid by Paypal on the day of purchase,certainly no later than next day.Goods paid by cheque,postal order,bankers draft or bank transfer will be despatched on clearance of funds.
  5. POSTAGE:Postage rates quoted are for UK ONLY,if you are buying from overeas please contact us for a postage quote.Items up to the value of £34 will be despatched by either Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery or Royal Mail Standard Parcels at the price stated on the listing.Any order over £34 in value will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery.If you would like a postage quote before paying,please contact us.
  6. INSURANCE:All items automatically have insurance for loss or damage included in the stated postage price.In cases of loss or damage,Falkirk Collectables will refund immediately.In the case of damage,photographic proof and return of item is required,in the case of loss,all we request is your cooperation with Royal Mail's enquiries.
  7. REFUNDS:Falkirk Collectables is happy to offer no quibble refunds on faulty/damaged goods and all associated costs upon return of said item/s in original packaging.(Buyer must initially pay return costs,this will be refunded,along with the item price and original postage).In the event that an item is unsuitable or unwanted,item should be returned at buyer's cost for a full refund on the item price,postage will be refunded at seller's discretion.Items must be returned within 14 days.
  8. CUSTOMERS' INFORMATION:Falkirk Collectables respects its customers privacy,and as such will never share any information with any outside party and will not contact any buyer outside of a transaction unless requested.
